From this property, see schools of dolphins swimming, fish jumping, pelicans, hawks, ospreys, eagles, and other birds and sounds of nature.

As the day comes to an end and the sun begins to set behind you, bring the kayaks in off the beach, all gather at the firepit stone rock area, nestle back in your cozy Adirondack chairs, have a special toast with family and friends, while sitting around the firepit area and watching the picturesque sunset on the clouds as they “dance” and change contrast. Throw on some steaks, fish, chicken, pork, brisket on either the park charcoal grill or gas grill provided and enjoy the cool bay breeze!

VIP LEVEL AMMENITIES

Everything is modernized for your convenience. Provided for you is a “temporary digital door code” along with security lighting from “dawn to dusk” to ensure you feel safe at all times. Enjoy WiFi throughout the property along with “C” and USB charging stations to connect to so you can continue your internet connections and work from your travels. Bring your bicycles (10 bike stand provided) and fishing gear, enjoy fishing, kayaking (4 kayaks, vests, whistles are provided at no charge), beach tanning, corn hole toss, ring toss, 12’ tabletop shuffleboard, giant Monopoly game, puzzle table, chess, backgammon, marine scopes, various games, along with Marine and Weather CB Radio to listen to the boats/ships going by. 

If you get a stormy and rainy day or colder temperatures and don’t feel like sightseeing, there are (4) high definition 4K televisions along with one of them being 100” inches in the great room, to enjoy some great movies, sports events, and/or documentaries. Or just play music videos and songs and sing along with the gang. For anyone in need of ADA handicap compliance, there are (2) bathrooms and (1) outside shower to help anyone in need, along with (3) other full bathrooms/showers for guests. (1) VIP Suite is located upstairs complete with kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and bedroom/bathroom and (5) suites are located downstairs on the first/ground floor inclusive of (6) total Suites that all together can accommodate about 12-14 guests very comfortably. 

This property prides itself in offering pristine-cleanliness and to ensure that every guest feels comfortable.  The entire property runs off an “Artesian Well” that has a commercial grade softener to ensure that you have the best experience. Provided for you and your guests, are the best in its class of pillows, sheets, thin comforters, towels, beach towels, body washes, shampoos, conditioners, and necessities. VIP kitchen setup includes a commercial refrigerator, ice maker, ice chest, portable beverage holder, kitchen appliances, dishes, cooking pans/pots, silverware, cups/wine glasses/liquor glasses, bowls, dishes, coffee/instant coffee makers, salt/pepper/spices, and other kitchen necessities.  For your convenience, brochures are provided for your benefit in order to give you plenty of ideas for dining, places to go, water sport rentals, and all local “hot spots.”  We look forward to seeing you soon!
